You need to ensure your book's structure is sound; your writing is clear, consistent and readable; and you've eliminated as many rogue typos as possible. You can achieve this with one of my four editorial services: manuscript critique, structural/developmental edit, copyedit, and proofread. I work collaboratively and ensure you retain your unique voice.
Figuring out how to turn your Word document into an actual book can be a confusing process. It doesn't have to be, though. I can provide you with professional and beautiful book interiors with ready-to-upload files at a reasonable price. You will be offered a choice of chapter styles and one round of revisions.
Getting the copy on the back cover of your book right is essential if you want to attract readers. It can result in a book buyer choosing your novel over another. I use my publishing experience and training to write enticing blurbs and taglines for your book that readers won't be able to resist.

Who Am I?
I’m Abbie Rutherford. I am an editor and proofreader based in the North East of England. I provide editorial support to a number of publishers and independent authors on a freelance basis. I work predominantly on commercial fiction and I love a twisty psychological thriller.
I have a Master's degree with distinction in English, and I'm a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
